Terms and Conditions

1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Adelaide, Australia only. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with the competition and the immediate families of these persons are not eligible to participate.
3. Competition commences on 17 August 2009 at 7.00am and closes on 23 August 2009 5.00pm - 1 week only.
4. All valid entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, or corrupted entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
5. To enter, Listeners will be directed to www.unchainmyart.com.au or call 0438 538 268, and register their details including their name, company name, address, contact number, email address.
6. Entrants in the competition may enter only once and one prize will be awarded.
7. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant's individual Internet Service Provider.
8. Each valid entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the promotional period will be entered into the draw. One valid entry will be drawn at random to become the overall winner.
9. The Winner will be contacted by the Promoter to inform that they have won and to organise redemption of their prize.
10. All valid entrants throughout the promotion will be entered into the random draw for their chance to win the prize.
11. The prize includes:

-       Unchain My Art Team Building Workshop for 20 participants.

-       2 hours workshop (Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

-       3 participants on  one large canvas per group.                 

-       A large stretched canvas for each family group.

-       A range of 26 vibrant colour acrylic paints.

-       An Easel for each group.

-       An apron for each participant.

-       Use of a large range of painting tools, eg stencils, projectors, brushes, sponges, etc.

-       Wet Paint Box for each canvas enabling participants to transport their painting whilst wet and still protected.

-       An abundance of inspiration material.

-       All the help, support and guidance participants need.

-       Savvy tunes to get your delegates in the creative mood.

-       All the necessary protective material (vinyl floor coverings & material surface coverings) to ensure not a drop of paint is left behind.

Room hire at the function room at the BeacHouse.
Catering for up to 20 delegates, including morning tea and working lunch.
Game of mini golf.

Total Prize Cost $3200.00      

12. The total prize pool for this promotion is valued at up to three thousand two hundred dollars (incl. GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in prize value. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13. This prize must be redeemed by the 28 February 2010. 
14. The prize is subject to all accommodation Terms and Conditions stipulated by Unchain My Art at the time of redemption.
15. Prizes are the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
16. If the prize is unavailable for whatever reason the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to State Regulation.
17. Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
19. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with the conditions of entry of this promotion, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined. Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
20. Winners will be notified by phone and email by the Promoter.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition, or using any prize except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
    
    If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.
22. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person's further participation in this competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.
23. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering, the entrant consents to the Promoter reproducing their entry for purposes associated with promoting the competition by the Promoter and its associated companies.
    
    The information entrants provide will be entered into a database and used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants and as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
    
    Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
